This webinar, the first in a series, explores the role of health and safety professionals in ensuring that workplaces are inclusive for a neurodiverse workforce.

There are more people with conditions such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, autism and ADHD than we realise. They have alternative ways of thinking and respond differently to what is around them.

A panel of experts considers the role of health and safety professionals in ensuring safe and inclusive working conditions for a neurodiverse workforce. What steps should employers take to enable all their workers to work effectively?

The panel is led by IOSH President Lawrence Webb.

How to use our resources

We recommend assessing your capability and building a personal development plan, to guide your CPD choices. Then you’re ready to...

  1. Take notes on the key points and insights. Think actively about what you’ve watched, listened to or read.

  2. Log and provide evidence of your CPD activities on your record on IOSH Blueprint. Please note the CDP hours listed for our on-demand resources are a guide, as everyone learns, records and reflects at different paces.

  3. Apply your knowledge and skills and reflect on what you have learned and put into practice.
