Having difficulties?

    A result may not be shown even if the certificate is valid. This can happen if:

    • the certificate was issued or updated recently 
    • the name has changed or was corrected 
    • the certificate is older than our system can recognise
    • details were entered differently to the certificate

    Certificates can still be valid even if they don’t appear in the checker.

    Employers and third parties should accept the original certificate where available.

    If you’re unable to verify a certificate online, please contact us and include:

    • the certificate or membership number 
    • full name (as shown on the certificate)
    • course name or membership type 
    • a copy of the certificate, if available
