IOSH CPD course, run in collaboration with Professor Andrew Sharman and Elite Performance Psychologist Darren Sutton.

This one-day masterclass gives experienced OSH professionals a practical understanding of behavioural safety. You will learn how to apply the principles of behavioural science to influence behaviour and shift mindsets towards sustainable excellence in safety and health related performance.

This program creates thought provoking discussion, together with practical solutions to real life issues. Delegates will have the opportunity to solve complex behaviour related aspects of safety and exchange ideas and experiences for further development.

Delegates will be able to understand and apply the principles of behavioural science to safety performance and be able to present their learning from this masterclass to leaders within their workplace.
