Out of sight, out of mind - OSH practitioner self-reflection framework

This framework aims to give a sense of the particularly important areas to consider when dealing with distributed workers – getting communication right, knowing your workers, taking a participative approach and cascading OSH via line managers.

Feel free to identify those behaviours that you feel are or aren’t part of your approach and then develop an action plan for the changes you would like to make.

Remember that by distributed/remote workers we mean workers who spend all or part of their week working away from a main location.
