IOSH has introduced a new tool to its Career Hub service, to allow members to self-assess their employability and provide specialised and direct content for them to grow.
‘Career Pulse’ is an easy-to-use tool which provides clear information for members about how they can take the next step in their career. It asks them to self-assess against several criteria, which then allows the hub to build a personalised learning path to support personal and professional growth.
It is the latest addition to the popular Career Hub, joining the existing package which includes a CV and cover letter builder, an interview simulator and e-learning content.
Chris Kurylec, Member Engagement Manager at IOSH, said: “We are always seeking ways to add extra benefits for our members and improving and evolving our Career Hub is one of the ways we do this.
“The new ‘Pulse’ tool widens the support on offer in the Career Hub. We have a huge amount of resources within the hub, all designed to boost our members’ career prospects, and this tool helps make it easier to navigate.
“If our members haven’t yet tried out the Career Hub, we encourage them to take a look. Even if they aren’t currently looking for a new role, there are resources within it which can help them add to their knowledge and skills. There really is something for every member.”
To access the ‘Career Pulse’, members must log into the Career Hub, having logged into MyIOSH.
