Make a difference

Join the IOSH Rural Industries Group Committee
Are you a health and safety professional working in a Rural Industry? Would you be interested in joining the IOSH Rural Industries Group as a volunteer committee member?

The Group committee are currently recruiting and if you’d like to make a difference in the industry, we’d welcome your application to join the committee. The committee currently has members from Agriculture, Forestry/Arboriculture, Equine and Fresh Produce sectors so we would be particularly interested to hear from people connected to other Rural Industries.

We would particularly like to hear from those OSH professionals from:

  • Conservation
  • Rural Diversification
  • Estate Management
  • Outdoor Activities
  • Rural Enterprise
  • Rural Education
  • Agricultural Engineering

The recruitment is open to all members and each applicant will be considered on an individual basis. We would also particularly welcome applications from members who are currently working outside of the UK, and from members who are in the early stages of their OSH career

If you are interested in joining, please complete the application form and return it to Networks@iosh.com by Friday 18 June 2021.
