The Groups project to use collaboration and technology to raise its profile with key stakeholders around the globe was deemed to be highly influential.
Project organisers used a network of IOSH resources, including webinars and events, culminating in an inaugural annual event attracting members from the oil, gas and renewable energy sector.
Using a defined strategy aligned to WORK 2022, the project established significant working relationships across the sector, and forged links with key industry bodies such as Step Change in Safety, Renewables UK, IMCA, G+, G18, and the HSE.
In the entry, group past chair Simon Hatson said: "The group has seen its most active and productive period in its history. In the two years that the project has been ongoing, the group has travelled across the UK and internationally, and used new technology to engage with its members."
