Wednesday 09 September 2020 - Consciousness and well-being
In this session, Dr. Kate Blackford discussed why understanding how we process the world and our state of consciousness as we do, influences our well-being. The session explored the ways in which we perceive the world, process the information streaming into our subconscious mind through our senses and ultimately, why what we each consciously process differs. So whether it is in relation to well-being (as the primary focus of the session), health, safety, performance or why you and your significant other have completely different recollections of an evening out, this session guides you through the basics.
