Training and assessment opportunities

There are many ways for trainers to get involved. Firstly, they must sign up to the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers. Find out details of how to apply on the Gov.uk website.

Once a delegate has been through the course, all work must be submitted to an end-point assessor for validation. A full list of end-point assessors can be found on the Gov.uk website.

IOSH has provided its own apprenticeship pathway, utilising a combination of three readily-available courses: Safety and Health for Business, Managing Safely and Environment for Business. Our pathway document outlines how these courses meet the skills, knowledge and behaviour competencies required. IOSH offers a pathway for becoming an IOSH training provider. Find out more about how to deliver the IOSH Pathway.
