Updates on our services and systems

What’s happening and how it affects you

We’ve introduced a new membership database which means we need to make changes to the some of our online services and communication channels.

What’s the latest?

As part of our planned database upgrade, we're working on resolving some unexpected issues that we know are getting in the way of your experience with IOSH.

We are currently resolving issues for members around renewing and upgrading their membership, and for training providers when adding delegates and ordering workbooks.

If something isn't working, you can contact our customer services team to log a support ticket so we can assist you.

Please be aware we are currently dealing with a high volume of calls, and there may be a delay in responding to you. We understand how frustrating this can be, and really appreciate your patience while we get everything up and running.

The training course calendar and trainer directory remain unavailable while we fully switch to the new database.

Improvements to your account

We're working to improve your member experience and provide better online services. You can find out what's changed on the IOSH website, or head straight to the new account area.

Previously, your member account and the main IOSH website were separate. Now it’s all in one place, so you won't need to switch between different sites.

When you log in, you’ll find your account easier to navigate. Your membership information is at the top. Below are your member websites, details and preferences.

Thank you for your patience during this transition period.

This is available to eligible members (all except Student, Group, Concessionary and Direct Debit) via your account dashboard.

Eligible members are invited to upgrade via the member dashboard, and can also submit an application form - our membership upgrades page has more information.

No, but all members can access the new account dashboard, either by clicking the profile icon in the top right of the navigation bar, or by visiting iosh.com/account

You can get in touch to ask your own question or sign-up for updates.

Throughout 2026, we will continue to communicate with members about incremental improvements to member communication channels.
