Work-life balance, when implemented and sustained, can lead to:

- good mental health
- help with prioritising activities
- reduction in absenteeism
- increased productivity
- strengthened relationships.
Life is all about balance, too much or too little can kill. A good work-life balance builds a sense of confidence and responsibility. This can improve the overall wellbeing of individual and contribute to organisational growth.
