Save the date and join us at IOSH’s second Future Leaders Conference, designed especially for early career professionals in occupational safety and health, to hear from industry experts and learn from one another by sharing knowledge and expertise.

IOSH will be bringing you a virtual conference over three days, covering a range of topics, including workshops and networking on each day, so that regardless of where you are in the world, no-one misses out.

Developed with the Future Leaders Community Steering Group, the conference programme will cover a wide range of themes and reflect what attendees will benefit from most. These will include:

• Culture and human factors
  Achieving a strong safety culture is so effective in preventing workplace accidents and goes hand-in-hand with health and wellbeing. Our sessions will address how to maintain a positive health and safety culture within an organisation.
• Diversity, Equality and Inclusion
  Focusing on equality, diversity and inclusion, we will look at obstacles’ workers face in the workplace and provide practical tools and know-how to break down barriers and make the most of diversity to improve safety, health and wellbeing.
  Career development and skills for the future
  You will have the opportunity to network with your peers and virtually meet like-minded people on the same journey as you.  Sessions will also inspire you to take that next step in your career and understand new innovative ways to push the industry further.
